Quarterly budgets are automatically available every 3 months, managed by Services Australia on your behalf.
Participant Contributions
From 1 November 2025, the Support at Home Program introduces income-based participant contributions to create a fairer system. You only pay for the services you receive - the government covers the rest.

Key Points
- Clinical care (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy) is fully funded.
- A lifetime cap of $130,000 (indexed) applies to contributions.
- Financial hardship arrangements are available through Services Australia (form SA462).
- "No worse off" principle protects existing HCP clients – you won't pay more under Support at Home than before.

Allegiance works with you to decide how your funds are spent and provides monthly itemised statements showing all services and contributions.
Carry Over Benefits
You can carry over unused funds up to $1,000 or 10% of your quarterly budget to use for unexpected needs.
